As the finale to the Shanghai World Expo, we designed with partner Taylor Cullity and Lethlean, eight 10m flower pods representing the  eight states and territories of Australia.

Each pod had a unique shape covered in a silk like sheer fabric, that housed over 1000 separate resin flowers. Each flower the native state flower was illuminated with LEDS.

The hanging pods hung above the Act Three atrium space as a centrepiece to the live shows that took place below. 

Each pod had interactive lighting that accompanied a bespoke soundtrack to create the prefect ambiance. Budget$1.3 million
